The joy of Spirit is an inner gladness that uplifts me, so I soar to new heights.
Joy removes all fear and doubt from my mind and uplifts my spirits. I recognize
the goodness of God that is present at all times and in all circumstances. Such joy
is not dependent upon others, nor is it influenced by events.
Joy is my divine heritage, but it is up to me to accept it and let it live out through me.
I do, because joy brings me a renewed sense of hope and frees me to bring peace and
harmony into all situations. My soul is overflowing with joy, and I express a gladness
of Spirit.
